We hate a breakage!! But as always, the sisterhood has got you and if you do break your jewellery, we’ll get this sorted asap.
If your jewellery develops a manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase, we’ll repair it free of charge. After this period, we offer a flat rate of £10 for a full repair service of broken chains, earrings, bracelets and anklets. This includes 48hr Royal Mail tracked delivery back to you.
We just need you to pop your jewellery in the post to us, and we recommend using a tracked service as we can’t cover missing parcels. A returns address will be emailed to you once payment has been taken.
Please note that this service does not cover the loss of pendants or chains. Please contact us at hello@oliveandwallis.com and we will advise how best we can help you with this one.
