A SISTERHOOD
You may notice that all our collections have names. We are lucky to have an amazing network around us and without it, there would be no O&W. All named after special women in our lives. A mark of our love for them and everything they achieve every single day.
It will always be about the sisterhood.
In 2026, we shouldn’t be throwing away our best necklace because it has gone green (or sent you the same way). You should be able to go back to that piece time and time again. Our collections are tarnish resistant, hypoallergenic, and environmentally friendly. Kind to you, your pocket, and the planet.
Because we’re small, we’re able to do things properly from the very start. We use stainless steel (100% recyclable), mindful sourcing, and organic cotton gift pouches.

Our waterproof pieces are made from stainless steel or 18k PVD plating, so they can be worn in the shower, at the gym, or out and about – no need to take them off.
