Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2–3 working days.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour service.
For an additional £4, you can upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery – a fully insured, guaranteed next working day service (from the time of dispatch).
We hand make our jewellery and very occasionally we will be out of stock, or unable to source the exact same bead/charm as shown. If this is so you will receive an email offering an alternative.
International Orders
International orders are sent via a tracked Royal Mail service.
Please note that any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to confirm what these will be, and customs processes may delay delivery.
Processing Times
We do our very best to get your jewellery to you as soon as possible, but please allow a possible 1–7 days from placing your order to receipt of your jewellery.
If you need the item for a particular date, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Tracking & Delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will provide tracking details.
Royal Mail classifies parcels as lost after:
- 20 working days (UK)
- 30 working days (International)
We cannot start a lost package claim, refund, or replace lost items until this timeframe has passed.
Returns Policy
We hope you love your jewellery, but if you need to return an item:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be returned in original condition
- Return postage is the responsibility of the customer
Please include the following with your return:
- Telephone number, address, and order number
- Reason for return
For your protection, please fully insure your return and use a tracked service. Olive & Wallis is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit.
Credit will be for the retail value of the merchandise only and will not include original shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns for items purchased from retail stores or third-party websites.
Please note:
- Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We cannot accept returns for items purchased via third-party retailers
If your item arrives faulty, we will cover the return postage.
If your jewellery becomes damaged within 6 months of purchase, please contact us so we can assess and offer a repair or replacement where appropriate.
Packaging & Gifting
All jewellery is gift-wrapped in an organic cotton handmade Olive & Wallis pouch.
You can also include a free personalised message at checkout.
